The Median Sold Price in city limits of Florence rose +23.8% over last year ending the year with 228 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $373,000.
The average sold price per square feet was $244 and active Days on the Market was 37.
Florence Beach Area

The Median Sold Price in the beach area of Florence rose +18.6% ending the year with 70 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $396,750.
