Areas are listed individually, comparing the year in full with the previous data of 2021, and include the information of Median Sold Price, sold's per area, Days on the Market and sold price per square feet.

 

Florence City Limits

The Median Sold Price in city limits of Florence rose +2.4% over last year ending the year with 185 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $404,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $275 and active Days on the Market was 38.

 

Florence Beach Area

The Median Sold Price in the beach area of Florence rose +22% ending the year with 54 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $485,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $323 and active Days on the Market was 20.

 

South of Florence including Dune City

The Median Sold Price south of Florence including Dune City fell -9% ending the year with 38 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $452,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $293 and active Days on the Market was 26.

 

Florence North of City Limits


The Median Sold Price north of Florence fell -6% ending the year with 34 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $432,500.

The average sold price per square feet was $271 and active Days on the Market was 53.

East of Florence and Mapleton

The Median Sold Price east of Florence including Mapleton fell -16% ending the year with 29 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $325,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $290 and active Days on the Market was 46.

 

Florentine Estates

The Median Sold Price north of Florentine rose +11.3% ending the year with 28 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $424,575.

The average sold price per square feet was $237 and active Days on the Market was 41.

 

Greentrees

The Median Sold Price north of Greentrees rose +19.6% ending the year with 38 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $299,499.

The average sold price per square feet was $222 and active Days on the Market was 36.

 

Coast Village

The Median Sold Price north of Coast Village rose +32% ending the year with 12 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $173,050.

The average sold price per square feet was $415 and active Days on the Market was 56.
