The following data has been gathered from the Regional Multiple Listing Service of the areas of Florence city limits, Florence beach areas, south of city limits including Dune City, north of city limits, east of Florence and Mapleton, Florentine, Greentrees and Coast Village, respectfully.


Areas are listed individually, comparing the year in full with the previous data of 2022, and include the information of Median Sold Price, sold's per area, Days on the Market and sold price per square feet.

 

Florence City Limits

The Median Sold Price in city limits of Florence rose +4.9% over last year ending the year with 135 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $425,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $281 and active Days on the Market was 51.

 

Florence Beach Area

The Median Sold Price in the beach area of Florence fell 1% ending the year with 53 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $480,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $314 and active Days on the Market was 54.

 

South of Florence including Dune City

The Median Sold Price south of Florence including Dune City rose 28.1% ending the year with 37 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $579,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $310 and active Days on the Market was 62.

 

Florence North of City Limits


The Median Sold Price north of Florence fell -7.6% ending the year with 44 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $400,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $301 and active Days on the Market was 58.

 
 

East of Florence and Mapleton

The Median Sold Price east of Florence including Mapleton fell -22.5% ending the year with 20 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $252,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $230 and active Days on the Market was 117.

 

Florentine Estates

The Median Sold Price north of Florentine rose +0.2% ending the year with 21 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $426,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $232 and active Days on the Market was 72.

 

Greentrees

The Median Sold Price north of Greentrees fell -8% ending the year with 33 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $275,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $228 and active Days on the Market was 61.

 

Coast Village

The Median Sold Price north of Coast Village rose 35.7% ending the year with 11 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $232,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $341 and active Days on the Market was 46.
