The following data has been gathered from the Regional Multiple Listing Service of the areas of Florence city limits, Florence beach areas, south of city limits including Dune City, north of city limits, east of Florence and Mapleton, Florentine, Greentrees and Coast Village, respectfully.


Areas are listed individually, comparing the 3rd quarter in full with the previous 3rd quarter of 2022, and include the information of median sold price, sold's per area, days on the market and sold price per square feet.

 

Florence City Limits

The Median Sold Price in city limits of Florence rose +6.9% over last years quarter ending the quarter with 43 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $450,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $307 and active Days on the Market was 51.

 

Florence Beach Area

The Median Sold Price in the beach area of Florence rose +5.6% ending the quarter with 20 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $488,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $344 and active Days on the Market was 96.

 

South of Florence including Dune City

The Median Sold Price south of Florence including Dune City rose 30.8% ending the quarter with 15 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $595,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $318 and active Days on the Market was 55.

 

Florence North of City Limits


The Median Sold Price north of Florence rose 31% ending the quarter with 14 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $560,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $414 and active Days on the Market was 45.

 
 

East of Florence and Mapleton

The Median Sold Price east of Florence including Mapleton fell -23% ending the quarter with 7 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $457,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $224 and active Days on the Market was 118.

 

Florentine Estates

The Median Sold Price north of Florentine rose +1.8% ending the quarter with 5 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $398,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $233 and active Days on the Market was 14.

 

Greentrees

The Median Sold Price north of Greentrees fell -10% ending the quarter with 13 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $245,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $219 and active Days on the Market was 36.

 

Coast Village

The Median Sold Price north of Coast Village rose +67% ending the quarter with 3 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $293,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $225 and active Days on the Market was 6.
