The areas used pertaining to the information are the city limits of Florence, Greentrees Village, Florentine Estates, the beach area outside of city limits, north of Florence and south of Florence, including Dune City.

Median Sold Price

The sold Median price raised 7.3% in 2019 from the previous year. Median of all combined areas closed the year at $278,000 while 2018 consisted off $259,000.

The 4th Quarter of 2019 compared to the same quarter of 2018 showed sold properties have raised 1%, properties pending in escrow raised 27.8% and sold properties raised 14.3%.

The Average Days on Market decreased in 2019 from 2018 averaging 57 days on the market compared to 2019 which was at 75.


Months of Inventory

The Months of Inventory also decreased in 2019 to 3.3 from 3.8 the previous year which is a difference of 13.2%.
