2024 Real Estate Market Review for Florence Oregon

The following data has been gathered from the Regional Multiple Listing Service of the areas of Florence city limits, Florence beach areas, south of city limits including Dune City, north of city limits, east of Florence including Mapleton, Florentine Estates, Greentrees Village and Coast Village.


Areas are listed individually, comparing the year in full with the previous data of 2023, and include the information of median sold price, number of sold properties per area, days on the market and sold price per square feet.

 

Florence City Limits

The median sold price in city limits of Florence reduced slightly 3.5% from 2023 and ended the year with 159 total sold, a jump from 135 the year before.

The median sold price was $410,000 with an average sold price per square feet of $284 (up 1.1% from 2023) and the active days on the market was 70.

 

Florence Beach Area

The median sold price in the beach area of Florence rose 6.3% ending the year with 56 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $510,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $328 (up 4.5%) and active days on the market was 68.

 

South of Florence including Dune City

The median sold price south of Florence including Dune City adjusted -11.1% ending the year with 37 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $515,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $316 (up 1.9%) and active days on the market was 78.

 

Florence North of City Limits


The median sold price north of Florence rose 8.8% ending the year with 38 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $435,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $300 (no change from 2023) and active days on the market was 59.

 
 

East of Florence and Mapleton

The median sold price east of Florence including Mapleton rose 38.5% ending the year with 23 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $349,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $247 (up 7.4%) and active days on the market was 114.

 

Florentine Estates

The median sold price of Florentine adjusted only slightly of -0.2% ending the year with 31 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $425,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $248 (up 6.9%) and active days on the market was 82.

 

Greentrees

The median sold price of Greentrees rose 1.1% ending the year with 28 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $278,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $226 (slightly down 0.9%) and active days on the market was 61.

 

Coast Village

The median sold price of Coast Village fell 12% ending the year with 15 sold residential properties with a median sold price of $203,000.

The average sold price per square feet was $322 (down 5.6%) and active days on the market was 87.
