Sprung into a Seller's Market Before Spring
The following information is accumulated from the Regional Multiple Listing Service using the areas of Florence city limits, beach area, south of city limits and north of Siuslaw bridge. The dates compared are February 2021 and one year ago of February 2020, respectfully.
New listings on the market dropped -37.8% comparing the same month one year ago while sold properties raised +4.8% in the same time period.
The average price per square feet rose +10.3%
With inventory at an all new low and demand high the average days on the market for listings also fell -21.1%.
The Median sold price in Florence rose +29.3%.
