Prices continue to climb, sales excess expectations and inventory shrinks.
The following information is accumulated from the Regional Multiple Listing Service using the areas of Florence city limits, beach area, Florentine, Greentrees, Coast Village, south of city limits, north of Siuslaw bridge and Mapleton. The dates compared are the current and the past Quarter which are June through September 2019 and June through September 2020, respectfully.
Homes sold raised 18.7% and placed under contract in escrow climbed to 41.4% while new listing on the market dropped -41.4% indicating a strong need for more inventory for buyers.
The median price rose from $280,000 to $310,000 for a 3Q raise of 10.7%.
The average days on the market rose from the previous quarter 44%.
The price per square foot climbed 14.8% this past quarter, from $184 to $211.
