Mortgage Rates will remain favorable closing the 4th Quarter of 2022 at 3.78%.
The median sales price in the past 12 months for Florence has risen 15.2% averaging $456,000.
The annual home price for Lane County will close 2021 with a gain of 16.8% and will continue to rise by 5.9% in 2022.
